Project Scope
Simón Bolívar University requested a vacuum-bagged autoclave cured, carbon fiber body with an aluminum insert steering wheel that was lightweight for the F1 SAE competition we were happy to provide it. We used a mold plug machine, mold layup, laminate, trim, bond, and secondary operations to help them compete.

Epoxy planks, Prepreg Carbon Fiber.
